Why does tracking show “label created” only?
This usually means the shipment is prepared, but carrier scans have not been posted yet. Updates appear when the parcel is scanned by the carrier network.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the order has not been shipped, we may be able to help. Once shipment is confirmed, address changes are often not possible. Contact support as soon as possible.
What if my package is delayed?

What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?
